RAGZ—one of Kansas City’s first and few urban outfitters will be opening in Crown Center
on May 2nd on the 3rd floor. Owner and designer Tisa Ofield‐Reynolds, offers unique apparel, accessories and home décor. It’s an attitude! A place where artistic creation and spiritual expression meet artistry and style. The cut and the fit will excite you, the one‐of‐a‐kind design will celebrate you! Each RAGZ design is an original work of art created from a funky blend of raw fabrics, recycled gear and Tisa’s edgy style. In 2003 RAGZ product lines expanded from couture designs to ready‐to‐wear apparel and accessories. The goal is to “provide unique fashion
designs that celebrate individuality and inspire creativity and self‐expression in everyday living,” by revamping and redesigning worn‐out jeans, jackets, neckties, etc. into wearable art and home décor. Tisa began her home‐based business in 1992. The business is also an outreach‐she works with high school students, mostly from DeLaSalle Education Center, where she is a graduate. Her goal is to give kids job skills as well as an appreciation for creativity and innovation.
